Remembrance Sunday

Remembrance Sunday - came about on Sunday 8th November this year here in Hale Village

Proceedings started just aftr 10:30am with the Remembrance Parade from Aran Close to the War Memorial - lead by the Clann Wallace Piped Band. Around 200 people gathered at the War Memorial for the Remembrance Service which included the Lone Piper, lowering of the Standard - 2 minutes silence at 11:00am and Wreath Laying.

After the service at the War Memorial, the parade marched to St Mary's Church, to join in with the remainder of the Church Service. After the Church Service, the parade reformed, and marched to the village hall for a small buffet.
