Wellington Hotel - Proposed Co-op update

New River Retail are to appeal to the Secretary Of State against the planning application refusal, to build a Co-op on the Wellington Hotel Pub - Car Park.
Villagers previous objections and paper work will be automatically forwarded to the appeal. But, those villagers who wish to add further to their objection/s can do so, but have until the 7th of January 2016, that's 28 days!
A site visit is planned by concerned parties, but we are unsure if this site visit includes a representative from Hale Village, ie an Officer from either HBC or Hale Parish Council.
Villagers who participated in the planning application objections process, may have received the below letter in the last couple of days...
