
The Hale Harvest Is Well Underway
Both farms in the village are now well into their harvest. Bill Webb at Manor Farm - and Dave Harrison at Home farm, have been busy for the last two weeks harvesting wheat, corn and Linseed Rape Oil in their fields around the village. We manged to catch up with Dave Harrisons - Home Farm workers, harvesting wheat in the field at the top of Church Road, on the left. A the same time - the field was also being prepared for the next crop.

Liverpool Male Voice Choir Concert At St Mary's Church

St Mary’s Church Heritage Open Day Brings Village History To Life
St Mary's Church will be once again the venue for this years Heritage Open Day, in Hale Village, as part of the national Heritage Open Day events, the church will be open to the public once more. There will be various displays of village history, from old photographs, artefacts, a model of Hale Hall, and displays from the Freemen and Guildswomen of Hale. There will also be tours of the church and if numbers of visitors are good, there will be a tour of the church tower along
