The Lord Mayor & Freemen Of Hale Village - Christmas High Tea.
A fantastic afternoon was had by all - at the Lord Mayor & Freemen Of Hale High Tea, which was held this year at St Ambrose Social Club in Speke, due to there being no village hall. Senior Citizens from Hale and Halebank were provided with free coach travel from their pick up points, to and from the High Tea on Friday 9th December.

Thank You - From St Mary's Church
Care of St Mary's Church who held their Christmas Fair on Saturday 26th November in Church.... Thanks to everyone who supported our Christmas Fair. We relied very much on getting the word out that, with the closure of the Village Hall, the Fair was still on in church.
So, thanks to yourselves, we had an excellent turn out and raised just over £1500 which is very much needed by the church at this time of year. #stmaryschurchhalevillage

News From The Freemen Of Hale Village
Negotiations are now at an advanced stage, between the Freemen of Hale Village - and Hale Estates, for the Freemen of Hale, to become the new tenants of the old Cricket/Football Pitch.
The Freemen Of Hale, envisage holding various outdoor events at the site in the future, along with the football pitch, being used once more. The Freemen's Copse is also located on the same site and is dedicated to past Lord Mayor - Freeman William Hitchmough. #thefreemenofhalevillage

Work Progressing At The New Village Hall
Work is progressing on the final stages of the foundations - of the new village hall, with the last of the concrete floor being poured on Friday morning - 2nd of December. Workmen were on site from around 7:00am preparing the site, ready for accepting the concrete and access for the pump/jib that will pour the concrete.
