Did you ever go on one of Rev Janice Collier’s - St Mary's Church mini bus trips? Here she is with a small group of villagers on her last mini bus trip, before she departs for pastures new, in Oxford. Hale Park, has once again been awarded the Green Flag status. The Green Flag Award® scheme recognises and rewards well managed parks and green spaces. The Park is maintained and managed by the Open Spaces Parks & Gardens Team, at Halton Borough Council. Hosepipe Ban Will Be Introduced On Sunday August 5th
A hosepipe ban is to be put in place in England for the first time since 2012. United Utilities will enforce a hosepipe ban in the North West of England affecting around 7 million people. The water company will introduce a Temporary Use Ban from Sunday 5th of August in areas including parts of Cumbria, Lancashire, Greater Manchester, Cheshire and Merseyside.
